Glovo o Cabify came out of there! ADBioplastics will attend the event of the year for startups. We are talking about South Summit. This edition will be held in Madrid from 2nd to 4th of October at La Nave. This is the global reference for startups, investors, and corporations. ADBioplastics will do it as an exhibitor with a Stand at the MarketPlace. "From Stand 121 we will have greater visibility. There we will be serving investors and companies and we will talk about our revolutionary PLA-Premium product. The idea is that they see in our business idea an opportunity to invest and save the planet. This appointment with innovation is very important for us to continue with our investment round and we could not miss", Lorena García has said, CMO at ADBioplastics. Together with her, José Manuel Suárez, CEO, José Á. Ramos, CTO, and José Salom, Business Development Manager, who will make known nationwide the sweet bootle. This is biodegradable and compostable and it breaks down at 90% in 6 months, under industrial conditions. This year's South Summit lands in Madrid with high-level speakers: Facebook (Ciaran Quilty), Amazon (Paul Misener) or Twitter (Jennifer Kanyamibwa), among others.
Startup Competition
Every year the 100 most disruptive startups in the world compete for the chance to win. Finalists of past editions have managed to raise about $ 3B and have a 95% survival rate. But not only that. Last year, more than 4,300 corporate and about 750 investors with a possible investment portfolio exceeding 55B euros met to finance great ideas. This event, which this year marks its sixth edition, started in 2012 with the help of the Spain Startup and its founder, María Benjumea. What is clear is that startups are consolidated in the Spanish ecosystem. So much so, that up to 23% are currently in the adult stage. A high percentage if we compare it with the previous year that was around 20%. And ADBioplastics is already part of this ecosystem. Come and visit us at our Stand 121 located in the MarketPlace. We are waiting for you!
